Found one of these at the library, heard about another two from friends, and learned about another on a podcast. So many different paths with books. I actually have already read “In Defense of Troublemakers” by Charlan Nementh, but was asked to provide my thoughts on the book and am planning to review it before writing up more detailed thoughts. It provides a really good overview about why those among us who voice their dissent to the status quo are essential to success in an organization. It’s a really fun read.
